Dear Grace Covenant Church and other folks around the information superhighway,

The theme we have chosen for the winter release of Journal of Testimony (JOT) is God's Movement: Past, Present and Future.

Starting in September of 2005, GCC will be in its 10th year anniversary. It has been an awesome time of seeing God working with this church. This JOT release is dedicated to God and all the glories He has provided this church.

The past 9 years have been an incredible experience. There has been a lot of sweat and tears to build GCC, but God has been faithful. He has provided us with resources, places to meet, but most importantly, He has provided Himself. All praise and glory go to God in building this church.

Unless the LORD builds the house,
its builders labor in vain.

Unless the LORD watches over the city,
the watchmen stand guard in vain.

Psalm 127:1

Presently, we are expanding and growing our ministry here in Philadelphia. Many have come to know the LORD here in a deeper and personal way. With family groups, welcoming ministries, and the Word of God, we have been trying to establish a means to bring about God's Kingdom here.

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

1 Corinthians 15:57-59

The future is one that is exciting and powerful. We hope to make a strong impact on schools such as Temple and Drexel. The power of God is also allowing us to even help start the Journey Church of Atlanta and planting churches in Peru and Micronesia. We anticipate great things in the future so that God's glory may be seen on Earth.

After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

Revelations 7:9 - 10
